flying with trajectory
This lesson was a TON of fun because, well, objects were being launched into the air!
When we got back to class, we shared our collected data. Students made conclusions about the configuration of their levers and the distance their projectile flew. Each group shared the longest trajectory distance they recorded and the set up of their levers to ascertain which characteristics allowed them to do well on their best trial. Using this information we were able make final conclusions for this lesson.
Based on the challenge, can you feel in the blanks above? If not, ask your 4th grader for a little help :)
